HEMA is a Dutch company that supplies domestic household items. Have a look at their website and see what you think. It makes for interesting viewing but from a customer point of view has serious flaws ... like how do I buy something! To be fair, it is not their main website but it does demonstrate a very important point about website expectations. If the customer's needs are not met quickly and with the minimum of diversion they will leave and go elsewhere.

After we detailed a few days ago how we're not getting any more than 57% of our broadband speed on average, it seems that providers are still very much committed to putting more services down it. Of note is the desire from the BBC Trust to take control of web TV ... that's the bit that's going to deliver broadband TV to your home in the not too distant future.
