Emerging Innovations have just launched a database system for a north London telecoms company that allows them to work faster, more flexibly and with a greater level of support.
Replacing a MS Access solution the web based database operates via any web browser and allows their staff to search, run reports and edit and add data easily. It also interacts with their customer communication system and generates letters to customers as soon as records are updated.
Because the core data and architecture can be accessed in the cloud by the developers there is no time lag in being able to support the customer whether in terms of making security updates or adding new features, meaning the company remains efficient and at the cutting edge of systems processing.
